  • Extensive Property Search: Our sales associates have access to thousands of residential properties in El Dorado, Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and Amador counties and a substantial network of Sacramento metropolitan area brokers ensuring that you are informed of available properties.

  • Full Commission or Little Commission: Our sales associates do not screen properties based on what commission they may or may not earn should you desire to purchase the property. Sellers determine and pay the buyer’s agent commission and we do not let that deter our agents from showing you a property that would otherwise meet your requirements. Don’t miss out on your dream home because your agent isn’t getting a full commission on the sale!

    Standards of Conduct: Our sales associates are bound by a Professional Code of Ethics as dictated by the California Department of Real Estate and federal law. However, we take this to another level by adhering to more stringent standards of conduct as outlined by the National Association of Realtors and through internal communications about acceptable practices of real estate professionals.
